Equipment under warranty
If the device is under the manufacturer's warranty, we coordinate the warranty repair:
We are verifying the warranty conditions and service entitlements
We report the defect to the manufacturer or authorized service.
We are completing the documentation and tracking the repair status
We collect and deliver equipment after repairs
Warranty-exempt equipment or damages not covered by warranty
Warranty expired? Mechanical damage, flooding, or other incidents not covered by standard protection? We carry out repairs through a trusted partner service with which we have a permanent agreement. This way:
