I started my path in IT by working at a school, where I took my first steps in administering Windows, Active Directory, and Linux environments. I spent the following years at a computer service center and as an on-site IT specialist, providing direct L1 and L2 technical support for companies. That is exactly where I learned that technology must first and foremost be reliable and genuinely support people in their daily tasks.

Today, as CTO at ITENERUM and co-founder of Helpwise IT, I not only design and secure infrastructure, but above all set its strategic direction. My goal is for IT to be a growth engine for companies, not a source of unforeseen costs and frustration. I have years of experience at the intersection of software development, administration, and security. I base my approach on open source solutions - I am an active contributor to projects such as OpenStack and an expert in automation with Ansible. I combine that flexibility with enterprise-class systems such as FortiGate, Cisco, and Veeam. Thanks to this, I understand how what is "under the hood" translates into stability and real business performance.

At Helpwise IT, I focus on what the SME sector lacks most: security and management standards derived from large corporations, but tailored to a smaller scale.
